Our resource library and associated links provide members with easy access to critical information relating to Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Local Housing Allowance and other related reforms. In our library section you’ll find all the critical legislation, associated DWP guidance, our related bulletins and much more besides. In this particular section you’ll find an array of important resources, mainly in the form of website links like DWP’s “Advice to Decision Makers” guidance, which is being updated and developed all the time. You can also have a stab at checking your tenant’s Universal Credit entitlement, using Policy in Practice’s calculator which is endorsed by no less than DWP.
